RampEd is a user friendly Education App that helps teachers navigate the pitfalls of assessment and get the true reflection of student learning.

RampEd provides teachers with the opportunity to make meaningful anecdotal records that assess student learning during daily lessons through teacher-student conversations and observations of student’s products on their tablet or phone.

RampEd puts the entire Ontario Curriculum and Growing Success Learning Skills at your finger tips. Simply select the specific or overall expectation or expectations (select multiple expectations or make the lesson cross-curriculuar) for the particular lesson, edit it to add ‘look-fors’ or student friendly language and RampEd will generate a rubric for you.

Choose from a variety of default rubrics or create/edit rubrics to fit your need. RampEd comes ready with a ‘Met vs. Not Yet’ Rubric, a 4 Level ‘Achievement Chart’ Rubric and a ‘Learning Skills’ Rubric for you to choose from.

Support your assessment of student learning by adding multiple videos or photos of student work or voice notes of oral explanations of understanding. Great for finding marks throughout class dicussions or in thinking classrooms that use whiteboards and a variety of manipulatives.

RampEd gives the teacher the opportunity to provide immediate feedback by adding a personalized comment and sharing the student’s progress immediately.

Simply publish the assessment after inputting the necessary information and the student and their parent will instantly be able to access the comments, attachments and grade level immediately through their own RampEd App login.

Teachers can use the cloud to store student marks or print out PDF spreadsheets of each lesson to build their markbooks and increase the amount of valuable data to better evaluate students on curriculum and learning skills.

Don’t wait for Products (Quizes, Tests and Projects) to assess the student’s learning in your classroom. Triangulate your data for informed student evaluations by also assessing Observations and Conversations with RampEd, the easiest way for effective Anecdotal Records.
